I’m looking for two flatmates to join me in a cozy 3-bedroom flat in Drayton Park with a shared living area, available from 12th January 2025.

The location 🌟

The flat is in a fantastic spot, with great transport links and a Tesco Express just down the street, and the area is full of nice cafes, bars, and restaurants.
- 5 min to Arsenal tube station (Piccadilly line) and Drayton Park station
- 10 min to Finsbury Park (Victoria line)
- 15 min to Highbury and Islington

The rooms 🏠
Both rooms are fully furnished with double beds, plenty of closet space, and dressers (TVs not included, unfortunately)
- £1200/month for large double bedroom with private en-suite bathroom
- £1000/month for large double bedroom (shared bathroom with me)

The vibes I’m looking for 🌱 🪩
I’m looking for sociable, clean, and respectful flatmates who want to turn this flat into a home for the next six months. It’d be great to share the occasional dinner or drink or watch a movie together sometimes, but I get that people are busy too, as am I.

About me✌🏽
I’m Line (31) from Copenhagen. I moved to London in August and work as a sustainability advisor at the Danish-UK Association. I’m easygoing and social but also appreciate time to just chill. On weekends, you’ll often find me out and about with friends, at concerts, or watching football (Gunners fan!).

Practical stuff 💸
- Lease dates: 12th January to 31st July 2025
- Rent includes all bills (council tax, water, electricity/gas, internet) except weekly cleaning (will come in at approx. £10 pp/week)
- Note: The flat is on the market for sale, but the owner has agreed not to sell before the lease ends
