Hey there! We're looking for a friendly new flatmate to join our spacious, sunny apartment starting from September 20th. Sadly, we're saying goodbye to our current flatmate and best friend, who’s moving in with their partner, so there’s a cozy double room waiting for someone special!

Our bright and airy flat is perfectly located in the vibrant Highbury & Islington area, just a short walk (5-10 mins) from Drayton Park, Arsenal, Holloway Road, and Highbury & Islington Stations. Whether you’re commuting via National Rail, Overground, Victoria, or Piccadilly Lines, everything’s easily accessible.

The flat features a big, sunlit open-plan living and dining area plus a modern kitchen — perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or just soaking up the sunlight. At the back of the apartment, we have a private balcony overlooking the iconic Emirates Stadium, ideal for unwinding after a busy day.

The available room comes furnished with a built-in wardrobe and drawers, plus under-bed storage for your convenience. You’ll be sharing the flat with two friendly, laid-back young professionals: I’m Jacques, 26, working in Film & TV, and Toby, also 26, working in the City. We’re a calm and easygoing duo who enjoy our own separate friendship groups and our own hobbies like tennis, football, and hitting the gym, but also love relaxing with brunch or drinks in the evening.

**Who we’re looking for:**
If you’re a tidy, professional person of a similar age who enjoys a chilled vibe, you’d be a great fit! We’re hoping to find someone who would love to join us for occasional flat social times and share a good laugh.

Bills: Water included, other bills (around £100/month) are extra. Council Tax Band F.
