Room in Drayton Park

Room available — Drayton Park, N5 | £1,100/month + bills | Available mid to late July

We’ve got a room going in our three-bed flat and we’re looking for one person to join us.

The flat is spacious for four, it has a terrace balcony, and is a genuinely nice place to live. The tenants you’d me living with are Mike and Maddie (28+29) from Australia in the master bedroom, and James (31) from NZ in one of the rooms. Final room is up for grabs, you’d be sharing a bathroom with James (from NZ).

We’re all young professionals who work hybrid. Depending on mood and sunlight we work between our rooms and the dining room and you’d be welcome to do the same. Some days (typically Fridays) the dining room feels like a co working space, complete with music and snacks) and is a lot of fun.

We’ve all flatted enough we’re beyond cleaning rosters or anything like that — we just have the general expectation we all chip in with our fair share and clean up after ourselves.

Socially, we all do our own thing and cook our own meals mostly, but we get along well, do the occasional flat dinner which we enjoy and looking for someone with a similar vibe. It’s a relaxed, easy house.

Drayton Park is a great spot — well connected and a nice part of North London. We are a 2 minute walk from Drayton Park Station, about 8 min walk to Arsenal underground and 13 to Highbury and Islington.
