Mon-Fri rental with parking & cats..

Hello, I'm looking to rent out the spare room in my lovely apartment on Drayton Park, for weekday nights, and potentially for short periods. I'm an Airbnb Superhost and you should expect a similar experience: a comfortable, clean room and bathroom, with use of the kitchen and other facilities. It's a lovely double room with a comfortable bed and there is secure underground parking if you drive. I also have 2 lovely cats who share the place with me.

The room has plenty of storage you can use and the flat is incredibly well connected, both for the West End/King's Cross (Arsenal tube is 4 minutes' walk) and the City (Drayton Park overground is also 4 minutes away, with trains taking 12 minutes to Moorgate).

This would suit someone who needs to be inLondon during the week for work. It's a very relaxed vibe and I'm pretty easy going. I work variable hours and am comfortable with the same.
