Friendly Dulwich Flat - 20 mins from London Bridge

Hi! I'm Kate and I'm looking for someone friendly and sociable to join me in a lovely garden flat in Dulwich.

The apartment is airy and well sized and comes furnished. It's on a quiet, leafy lane just off the charming village.

The room itself is a nice size and is lovely and light.

There is also small private garden with patio furniture and a kissing gate with lovely rose and jasmine bushes which get plenty of sun in the warmer months.

The nearest train station is North Dulwich (400m walk) and London Bridge is just a 17 minute train journey away, so it's perfect for getting into the city. There are also three buses with direct routes to Brixton and the overground, as well as easy access to Herne Hill which takes you to Victoria, as well as Blackfriars and North London.

Gorgeous Dulwich Park is just around the corner as well as Dulwich Village high street - where there are plenty of coffee shops, a Gail's Bakery, a local pub and an excellent Italian restaurant. My favourite, Brockwell Lido, is also a short walk and there are lots of nice wine bars and pizza places near there.

I work in international development with fairly regular hours, but with a little time spent travelling.

The bills are approx £125 extra each month (per person). This includes gas, electricity, internet, council tax and water.

I am pretty open to who moves in - although would prefer someone who is relatively social and enjoys the odd drink and chat. If you are dab hand in the kitchen and can cook - even better! I love a good Netflix session and my last flatmate got me seriously addicted to true crime podcasts.

My current flatmate is moving in with his wife (understandably!)
