The Rosendale pub is right on our doorstep and new restaurants are popping up all over the place - not to mention the new Picture House cinema down the road.
The available double bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and rent includes all bills, broadband and cleaner every other week. Bedding can be supplied if required.
I'm tidy and friendly and spend my working week here and weekend in the country with my wife and 2 boys. Looking for someone equally tidy and friendly to say hello to after a long day at the office.
