Flat mate required in lovely flat in Dulwich

Hi

I have a small double room available in a lovely flat in Dulwich available to rent. I’ve been a tenant here for just over a year and consider myself a friendly, clean, tidy, busy professional. My current housemate is moving in with her partner so I’m looking for another like minded, friendly, considerate professional.

Location:
6 minute walk to Tulse Hill train station (20 minutes to London Bridge)
9 minute walk to West Dulwich train station (10 mins train journey to London Victoria)
There are also fast buses to Brixton and central London
Dulwich village and Dulwich Park also walking distance
