Garden house Dulwich

I have a large roof room for rent on the second floor of my tucked away house in Dulwich. Prospective renters would ideally be open minded students who would be happy to share the house with myself and my children who visit every other weekend and holidays. I am sociable and I also like my own space. I will be working at home sometimes which will mean some of the time the living room will be not be shared.
There is a large secluded garden and secluded feel.
There are 3 train stations within 15 mins walk or so at West Dulwich-Victoria 11 mins,; West Norwood-Victoria, Croydon and London Bridge ;Gypsy Hill to London and Croydon.
Number 3 bus stop 2 minutes walk to Brixton [Victoria line] 15 mins

National sports centre at Crystal Palace, local cinema at West Norwood and East Dulwich. Brixton O2, Brockwell Park summer concerts and Lido
