Description

Hello!

I'm looking for a new flatmate to move in. It's a two bedroom, 2nd floor flat in a converted Georgian building, with tall ceilings and lots of natural light. We have a shared garden with the other flats in the building and a garage for storing a bike.

I am an analyst/researcher mainly working from home for the foreseeable future - so would need to work out how to share the space if you are doing the same. I love to cook, would welcome someone to share meals with. Since lockdown, I've been keeping busy with bike rides and walks. My current flatmate is moving out of London to stay with family as he can now work fully remotely.

The area is lovely with Bel Air and Dulwich parks nearby, as well as amenities such as Tesco, a butcher and baker in West Dulwich centre 5 minutes away, and more in nearby West Norwood/Tulse Hill. I have also been taking walks to Dulwich forest during lockdown. I love living here.

There are close transport links via West Dulwich and Tulse Hill station, as well as lots of buses such as the number 3 that goes to Brixton. May suit someone working or studying at King's.

Rent is 625PCM. Bills come to around 60-80 per month (internet, gas and elec). Water and TV we pay yearly.
