Sooo one of my flat mates is moving out & making the big move with his Gf. That means we have a double room available from 15th July.
It's large double room, with a built in wardrobe and an ensuite. It's located on the the 1st floor of the property. The ground floor has an open plan living/ kitchen, with induction hob, oven, grill, large fridge freezer.
,kitchen table, recliner sofa & armchair. From here you have access to the back garden & patio.
Also there's a ground floor toilet & under stair storage.
Within the house there's me (Stephanie, 30), work in fashion as a Production co-ordinater. Then there's Sam(29); he works in Events. Finally there's Luke(22), who works in Music PR. We are a socialable household but also respect each others space. We are looking for someone that's easy going but also tidy. Who's happy to have a post work vent but also likes their own space.
The house is 5 minutes from Dulwich Park, 15 - 20 minutes from east Dulwich or Peckham and 15 minutes from forest hill station - which has overground to Highbury & Islington & West Croydon. Also national rail to London bridge & Victoria. We also have buses 2mins outside our door p4, 176, 185, 197 & 363.
So the rent is without any bills included. We pay council tax & Internet every month with the rent. Making this en-suite room 960-980 as gas & electricity vary.
Also the room technically came unfurnished but can discuss on viewing, as leaving roommate is happy to sell furniture at the right price!
Availability : As rent is paid on the 15th of each month, move in is the 15th July. (Paid by the 13th) Ideally if we could start the referencing process & name change to the contract before move in day.
