Flat with garden

We are renting our recently renovated 80sqm flat with direct access to the garden to someone who can be a responsible house sitter. Our dates are from 14 December 2024 to 6 January 2025.

Rent is £500 per week + £50 exit cleaning fees (or you clean yourself) for the full flat. Minimum 2 weeks.

This is our home and comes fully furnished. You will have a spare room to use to store luggage and clothes.

Who we are looking for: ONE PERSON or A COUPLE who is clean, respectful, and is keen to look after the place as it was their own. You are quiet and respectful of neighbours' space, and have no pets. We won't allow parties or stayovers.

We are NOT renting the two bedrooms to two separate people.

Safe bike storage available.
