Small Room in Gorgeous House

The area
- Located just a 2-min walk away from West Dulwich Train station (Zone 3) with fast direct trains to Victoria & Blackfriars
- A stone’s throw from Dulwich & Belair Park, Herne Hill, Brockwell park, Brixton and Dulwich Village
- There’s a bus stop directly outside the house that takes you straight into Herne Hill & Brixton within 10 mins
- 5-min walk from Tesco Express, Bakery, Italian bistro, Organic food shop, bookshop, gift shop, pharmacy and more

The house
- 3 bathrooms (2 showers, 2 toilets, 1 bath)
- Large utility room
- Large open kitchen/living area
- Large patio garden with furniture and flowerbed (south-facing)
- Access to another private communal garden
- Permit for another car. Single drive already being used
- Additional car parking permit for any guests who want to visit
- Shed connected the front of the house (great for bikes & other storage)
- We have a dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, toaster & washing machine. We don’t have a tumble dryer but we have plenty of space for the clothes to dry.
- Bills wise - it’s roughly £130 each (council tax, wifi, water, gas and electric and 2 house cleans per month)
- FYI some of the pictures on here are from the letting agent when we found the property, so the furniture isn’t the same, but the house vibe still is the same :)

The room
- Relatively small room available (in comparison to the other rooms but at a reduced rate)
- Room contains a double bed. Other furniture would be required.
- The space is relatively adaptable, and with lots of other storage available in the house for suitcases etc, the space is certainly workable to be a lovely room.
- Facing out of the front side of the house (but our house is far back from the main road)
- Next to the largest communal bathroom

Us!
- We’re three sociable and friendly gals (between 26-32) who have lived in London for 3+ years. We enjoy socialising in the house (hosting BBQs etc) but also like to do our own thing too.
- We’re all friends and keen for another one to complete the set 😂
- Grace, Ali and Alex have been living in the house for a year already and absolutely love it!
