There is currently no deposit required but our leasing agent will need to approve references and add you to the No Deposit Scheme where we each pay an extra £35 pm.

The flat is located in a modern set of apartments with secure access/gated complex. Bedroom and main bathroom are available for tenant's sole use as the 2nd bedroom has its own ensuite. The apartment includes a modern kitchen/dining/sitting room with ample furniture and appliances.

The room is currently unfurnished but happy to negotiate any furniture that can be seen in the pictures eg. Bed, mattress, clothes rail, desk, chair.

The property is a close walk to Dulwich Park, Dulwich Village and Forest Hill. Close to transport and local amenities and restaurants.

Tube lines connections via the TFL Overground system into Central London or to East Croydon from Forest Hill station.

Direct bus link to central London: Waterloo, Victoria, Charing Cross or London Bridge.

The nearest stations are Forest Hill Overground, East Dulwich or West Dulwich Stations. Also close to Peckham Rye or Denmark Hill by bus.
