Huge double near Peckham Rye Park

Hello!

I will be leaving my home of 4 years and I am looking for someone to take over my contract from the 9th October.

The contract runs until 9th January where you will have the option to stay!
Rent is £670pcm without bills which usually come to around £100 a month or under.

My room is a top floor large double with space for a sofa, tv, desk, double bed and even more storage.

The house is located at the end of Peckham Rye Park on Forest Hill Road with a co op, cafes and bus stop on the same road. We have a large garden, kitchen, conservatory living room, washer and dryer and storage space. The room is offered unfurnished although I’d be happy to leave some furniture for a fee if needed!

You will be living with two other females over 25, Catherine who works within video games and Oliwia who works in theatre! There is another room available on the ground floor which is the same price as mine.

The remaining tenants want some who:
- is female or female identifying
- Over the age of 25
- Respects privacy and a tidy house
- No pets
- No guarantor
- No students

I am available to undertake viewings tomorrow or weeknights. Please let me know your availability! :)
