Transport:
Close to two train station Tulse Hill and West Dulwich both within 7-9 mins walk and connect to Farringdon/London Bridge under 20 mins or London Victoria in 12 mins.
This is a good size 3 Bed place, plus a converted loft which can be used as office. I am only looking for one flatmate and no more.
This place has all the gadgets and more than happy to share them. There is a garden, with a big shed which can be used to store stuff, access to garden is from outside of the property.
There are also two good parks within 9-18 mins walk, Dulwich village is similar 15 mins walk.
Bit about me:
I am a professional working with one of the big wealth management firm in the city. During weekdays I am usually at work for 3-4 days.
My son (11 years) and my dog (3yr, Cavapoo), stay with me every alternate week, both are very loving and adorable.
Love my place to be neat & tidy, so that is quite key for anyone staying as well :). I do have a regular cleaner, who helps with the weekly clean of the house!
