Double room available in Dulwich (Short term)

Hi all! Due to a personal situation, I’m subletting my double size bedroom in East Dulwich. The subletting agreement is for a short period - available from 18 December 2025 until 23 of April 2026 (4 months max, I’m flexible with this so please ask questions).

It's a massive big double bedroom with a wardrobe, a long desk with a chair where you can comfortably work, a double size bed, a big drawer, small cabinets to keep your items. The room is available for a single ocuppancy.

The house is fantastic, period property with a double living room, decent kitchen (toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, air frier) a separate bathroom and toilet. The house it’s located in a quiet residential road (Barry Rd), with bus stops (12 and 197) within 2 min walk, minutes away from all the great shops on Lordship rd and 15/20 min walk from Peckham Rye station. Really good communicated with good bus options to central London.

You will be living with Mayra, and Eddy, who currently work in the education and financial sectors - we have a healthy balance of socialising and independence and are looking for someone that brings the same, with respect and cordiality.

Important information

Rent - £780 + bills (usually around £50-80/pp including wifi, gas & electricity, water and council tax).

Move-in date - Mid December 2025 and maximum of 4 months (I’m flexible with this so please ask) Mid-late April 2026.

Viewings - We will hold viewings in the upcoming week, from 10 November.

Deposit - £700
