Room for rent

Moving overseas and Renting a double bedroom few minute walk from Sydenham Hill station and Gipsy Hill is also near; in a small clean flat large tv all tv subscriptions council tax electric and gas including sky sport two ikea wardrobes table in case you want to work from home and king bed with storage we have a bath and shower and a private parking area 4 minutes walk from Sydenham Hill ideally someone who sleep at night and doesn’t host parties midnight to 6am as we need to be awake ;-)) during the day and who doesn’t smoke or drink excessively as I prefer healthy room air
