Lovely, light double room with balcony available in Dulwich (gated apartment block). Spacious flat split over 2 floors, we have a large living room for hanging out, good sized kitchen & bathroom. We have a shared private garden too with a pond.

The location is great - we're situated North Lordship Lane so super close to Dulwich Park and close to pubs/shops. 15-20 minute walk to East Dulwich, North Dulwich stations and a quick bus ride to Forest Hill.

You'd be living with Hannah (me), I'm a professional and usually pretty busy with work but love to have chill evenings in cooking dinner and chatting.

I'm replacing all the living room furniture at the moment so might look a bit different on move in date - more cosy & cool x
