Hey 😊 we are Calum and Haig and have lived in this lovely house with three other friends for the past two years. They are sadly flying the coop so we are looking for 3 new housemates for the next year.
The house is really nice, we have a large living room with a side room where we can keep our bikes. We have a large open plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped (and we like doing the occasional flat dinner). We have a nice conservatory with a sofa and exercise bike. We have a really big garden with a seating area and barbeque, plus an apple and a pear tree as a bonus. We have a larger bathroom with a bath/shower and a smaller bathroom with a shower. The three rooms all have double beds and all have a desk in them so you can work from home. One of the rooms is slightly smaller and pays £25 less a month.
I (Calum) am a policy advisor in the civil service and Haig is a therapist with the NHS. We work in the office a few days a week and work from home a day or two a week. I am into running, cycling, reading, the cinema and politics. Haig is into arts and crafts, music and cooking. I am vegan and Haig is vegetarian but dont mind what you eat. We enjoy watching films/tv together, the occasional night out and hanging out as a flat.
We rent through Foxtons so we would sign a new years lease from the 6th of October. Our landlady is super friendly, we have a WhatsApp chat with her and she sorts out any problems with the house straight away.
We would ideally have you round for a viewing so you can see the house and we can meet each other. We are looking to do them the week beginning the the 18th of August and into the following week.
