Hi, I am looking to replace a longterm tenant and friend. The room is a large, bright and airy double with a fitted wardrobe and large double glazed timber sash window. The flat was fully renovated in 2022 with a nice sized kitchen with a breakfast bar and separate large living room.

The flat is situated in a lovely quiet pocket of London with West Dulwich, West Norwood and Tulse Hill (Thameslink) stations a short walk away as well as the N3 night bus. Beautiful Brockwell Park and Herne Hill is also at the end of the road. I am looking for a tenant to not just want a room to rent but also keep the flat a home. There would be an additional cost for a couple.
