- We have a dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, toaster & washing machine. We don’t have a tumble dryer but we have plenty of space for the clothes to dry.
- Bills wise – it’s roughly £130 each (council tax, wifi, water, gas and electric and 2 house cleans per month)
- FYI some of the pictures on here are from the letting agent when we found the property, so the furniture isn’t the same, but the house vibe still is the same :)

- You’ll be replacing me and joining three sociable and friendly gals (between 28–32) who have lived in London for 3+ years and lived in the house 3-5 years. We enjoy socialising in the house (hosting BBQs etc) but also like to do our own thing too.
- We’re all friends and keen for another one to complete the set 🩷
