3 double rooms, for single occupancy, are available in this beautiful Dulwich flat share, with the new contract beginning on 6th August 2026!

Rooms are unfurnished (with the exception of the communal areas) so you can add whatever you like to them. All rooms have access to extra cupboard space in the hallway with priority given to the smallest room to be fair to everyone :)

- 1 bathroom with a shower over the bath.
- Spacious kitchen with washer/dryer and large fridge/freezer.
- There is plenty of on-street parking for those who drive.
- Bills usually come in between £80-£100 depending on the time of year.

You’ll be living with me, Izzy, a 28yr old creative who loves gigs, vinyl, creative writing and photography. My previous flatmates have decided to move on but I love it so much here that I’d like to build a new home with new people!

Looking for 3 flatmates who have similar interests, between the ages of 25-35. I want the flat to feel like a home where we occasionally watch a film, go for a pint and can yap, but also respect each other’s need for space! I’m also a super clean and tidy person so I would love to welcome anyone who has the same living standards!

The flat has great access to green space with Piermont Green and Peckham Rye Common just around the corner. Our nearest high street is Lordship Lane. Nearest bus stops include routes: 63/363 and 12. Nearest stations are East Dulwich and Peckham Rye.
