Short term let - pretty 2 bedroom in Dulwich

Hello Spareroom!

Callum (32, M) and Maite (29, F) are renting out their beautiful 2 bedroom flat in Dulwich for a short term let between September the 5th and 1st October 2026.

The flat consists of 1 double bedroom with ensuite and 1 single room, plus a spacious main bathroom. Both have desks and double up as work from home spaces should you need it. The main bathroom has a nice bath and there is a shower in the ensuite.

The first floor flat is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood in Dulwich. Forest Hill train station is just a 15 minute walk away for links into central London and there is a bus stop right outside the house. Vibrant, creative Peckham and the famous Lordship Lane in Dulwich are both walkable - loads of great cafes and restaurants to explore.

We are looking for a single person or a couple who are in need of a place short term and who could treat the flat like their home for a few weeks whilst we are away on a retreat.

Our stuff would be tidied away as much as possible, leaving you plenty of storage room and space to make yourselves at home. We would be happy for you to use our spare towels, bedsheets, basic kitchen amenities and etc for the duration of your stay. We hope it would be like staying at a good friend’s house!

Please no students, pets or smokers.

Ps as you can see from the photos… we have lots of plants that will need some love and care - bonus points if you like plants!!
