We are a professional, sociable couple living in a spacious 2 bed flat in West Dulwich and are searching for a like-minded tenant who is looking for somewhere to make their home.

The room available is a sizeable double bedroom that is furnished with a double bed and mattress, bed side table, wardrobe and draws. Adjacent to the room is a private bathroom with a toilet, basin, shower and bath. The large communal living room is bright and welcoming, and fitted with all your essentials; 2 large sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player, SKY and Wifi (which extends to the whole house)etc.

There are many transport options available, Tulse Hill station is a 2 minute walk, Herne Hill station is a 10 minute walk, and numerous bus routes run through the area including a night bus.

Having lived in the area for over a year we have come to enjoy the various local pubs, restaurants and markets. The property is a five minute walk from the beautiful Brockwell Park of which we frequent with our Labradoodle Marley.

The new tenant will have to enjoy the company of dogs although Marley (pictured) is incredibly friendly and becomes a favourite of whoever he meets. He mostly keeps to himself and sleeps in our room.

As a couple we are personable and like to enjoy the company of others however we respect the need for privacy as, like everyone else we need our own from time to time. We are naturally tidy people and are looking for someone of a similar nature.
