Ensuite Double with Large Garden

Monday - Friday only. Architect couple with a spare room to rent in our large maisonette in Tulse Hill.

We are very close to the railway station with direct links to both London Bridge and the City. There is covered cycle storage and a large private garden to the back. We have a fortnightly cleaner.

We are looking for someone Mon-Friday to fit in with our lifestyle. We are quite social and enjoy having people over at weekends however during the week tend to be busy with work and are after someone who is pretty self-sufficient.

The room is a furnished spacious double with fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower room. Price includes all bills and our very quick broadband connection. Split over ground and basement floors are hall/cloakroom, large kitchen/dining, separate living room, 2no bedrooms and 2no bathrooms.
