Nice Place

Started this ad to test the water as they say.

Gus is moving out. So, there will be a spare room available. Gus is a very nice bloke but his problem is tidy.

Tidy in general. They say you cannot teach an owd dawg new tricks, and this particular trick is one I do miss, terribly.

His latest trick was a rubber cheque. Bless. He told the bank he had not received the cheque book, so they cancelled it.

His girlfriend is lovely and knows what he is like, and what is to be expected, a brave woman indeed.

The place would otherwise be lovely again. Amazing even.

Otherwise it is in Dulwich Village Conservation Area. Large, pleasant, and very relaxed.

Comes with a massive garden, and all mod cons, blah, blah, blah .. AND no Gus ..

Most, I'll miss his grey undies adorning all manner of places in the house .. Especially drying in the lounge .. For weeks ..

You'll need to meet Siobhan, the next door neighbour for vetting .. She's fed-up with my lamenting tidy days, and would like to make sure my next housemate is more ..... Domesticated .. House trained ..

No permanent couples, or smokers, or socks drying over the TV ..
