Huge double room in spacious Herne Hill Flat

Hi! We have a large double bedroom to rent in our 2 bed flat in Dulwich.

The flat is on the ground floor, with shared living room, bathroom, kitchen and small garden. It's a really spacious and light room, with wood floor and includes a bed and wardrobe. The area is safe and fairly quiet with good transport links - Herne Hill, Tulse Hill and West Dulwich stations are all within walking distance and we are also on the no. 3 bus route which takes you to Brixton Station in around 10 mins for the underground.

You will be sharing with Jake and Maddie, a welsh couple, both 25, working as a journalist and retail manager. We love to cook and would be happy to share meals and drinks with our new flatmates. There's also a great pub quiz down the road!!

The rent of the room is £750 so if you are a couple you can split that between yourselves. Bills are around £50-60 per person.
