The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets. The adjoining bathroom has bath, shower and heated towel rail.

There's a bus stop (176, 185, 197, P4, 363) about 20 metres from the building. The main entrance has security intercom access with a code to enter.

The flat is in great condition and comprises another en-suite bedroom, a hallway, ample storage, a balcony overlooking allotments and a spacious lounge and kitchen area with sofa, dining table and chairs. Sydenham Hill Wood (a beautiful secluded wood) is also extremely close by.

No agency fees apart from drawing up a new tenancy agreement fee and credit reference checks for new tenant (charge will be £96). Bills and council tax not included. With bills and council tax, total rent per month would be closer to £725. Deposit will be a month's rent (£625).
