Welcome to East Dulwich Grove!!

We have a double room available in a super friendly house share in North Dulwich, just seconds from the delightfully quaint Dulwich Village, the house is very well located with just a two minute trek from North Dulwich station, providing an 18 minute commute to London Bridge. We're also just a short bus ride away from Brixton & Peckham.

It is a beautiful Victorian house, with big airy rooms, high ceilings and a huuuuge garden - which is a little haven in the summer and the perfect host for garden parties and BBQs. We also often get a bonfire going at the bottom of the garden where we kick back and chill!

I have lived in the house for over two years now, and I've had a superb time! We are a good group of pals who get on very well – while also living our own lives at the same time – we are always up for chilling together with a few drinks or some food! Now that I am moving out, you'll be moving in a home with 3 young professional women: a Solicitor, a Nurse & a Fashion Buyer.

We consider the Grove our home and are looking for someone who will treat it so and we'd like someone who wants to get involved in the vibe and have a laugh. We are looking for someone who will respect the house and the people in it, it's truly a beautiful house and location and although we are all easy going people, we do like to keep the house in reasonable order. We also have a cleaner who comes in once a fortnight for a good scrub down and this is factored into the bills and the overall monthly cost of £643.

The double room is unfurnished and in very good condition.

Although our ad says the room is available from 1st September, if you want/need to move in earlier, we can accommodate that.
