Large double room in friendly creative shared home

Hello everyone - we're back already! Unfortunately another housemate has to move out to look after a very poorly relative so we have another room available in our friendly creative share.

The room must be filled by 9th October but will be available from 1st September as our friend has already moved out.

The room is a furnished large double with high ceilings, fireplace, window looking out onto garden etc (no pics of the room yet but v similar to the living room pictured). The house is BIG with lots of communal space: kitchen/diner, lounge, huuuuge garden, 2 bathrooms + extra toilet. We have a cleaner weekly for the communal spaces.

We're a friendly bunch and have lived here for a while so it's very much a home. It's not a party house but we are sociable and like to have friends over / dinner parties / occasional shindig etc. We are looking for somebody who is sociable and wants to get involved and make this their home too. Preference will be given to people wanting to stay a while - it is the kind of home where people stay for years happily. We are very queer friendly and accepting open-minded people.

We're a short bus ride from Brixton tube station (zone 2), short walk from Gipsy Hill, West Dulwich or Sydenham Hill BR stations (zone 3). The 3 bus to central London via Brixton/Vauxhall etc stops 30sec from our house and runs 24hr.

We're a walk/bus from Crystal Palace, Herne Hill, West Norwood, Dulwich etc for restaurants, pubs, bars, beautiful parks, cafes, markets, shops etc :)

ACCESSIBILITY: sadly no wheelchair access, there are 16 stairs to the first floor bedroom, there is a bathroom on the same floor or one on ground. No phone entry system, no adaptations.
