Description
This postcode has been voted the 3rd happiest place to live in London (out of 119 postcodes). :-)
Peaceful, leafy upmarket area with quick & easy transport to Central London (not Southern rail)
Great reviews from former tenants, please see below.
Quiet, light, clean and well-kept refurbished Victorian house (owner won an award for interior design) but homely and comfortable too.
ROOM RENTAL
Recently upgraded bedroom, comfortable and stylish, with built-in triple wardrobe/cupboard, dressing table, double bed. Ensuite shower-room with shower, toilet and basin. Rental includes bills and weekly cleaner, supply & laundering of bedlinen & towel.
THE HOUSE
Refurbished and with modern appliances but has period character and charm.
WHO WOULD THIS ROOM SUIT?
Would suit quiet professional who is employed full-time outside the house during normal office hours 9-6 ish each weekday (rather than doing shift-work or working from home during the day).
I am by nature a friendly, kind person (my previous lodgers tell me!) but I'm usually tucked away in my study very busy at the moment, and won't be seen much, so fairly unobtrusive .
So this is for you if you’re looking for a peaceful environment, have your own social life outside the house, or would be working hard in your office on weekdays and want to come home to a quiet oasis in the evenings to relax, and wouldn't mind me not being around to chat.
Long-term rental preferred (9+ months) so we can get settled.
