Double room available in Dulwich village

Large double room available in the heart of Dulwich village. Available from 1st May (could be a bit earlier in April). It is a four bed flat living with 3 professionals (2 boys, 1 girl ranging from 38-43). We also have a super friendly 1 year old cocker spaniel (courtesy of Scott) with another furry friend often with us at weekends so non dog lovers, please do not apply!

One bathroom and huge communal living room. Our flat is bright and airy with huge sash-windows and you can see the local pub, The Crown and Greyhound, from our lounge! We are regulars!
5 mins from North Dulwich station, 5 mins from Dulwich Park and 10 min walk from Herne Hill. Buses to Peckham, Brixton within easy reach.

We are looking for someone who wants a home, rather than a short term let. When we are at home we like to chill out but equally love to socialise and take interest in each other’s lives. We often cook for each other or are found outside having a drink - the area just outside our front door is pedestrianised so basically our beer garden. We'd love another friend to add to the house rather than someone looking for just a place to sleep. Hope to hear from you!
