We have a large room available in our flat, and are looking for a new flatmate to move in at the beginning of May, so perfect for people who need a place soon.

The flat is officially unfurnished, but the current occupant is happy to sell the bed, mattress and desk (all Ikea and new in the last couple of years) if you're interested...

The room has high ceilings with skylights, and a door opening on to a balcony with beautiful views over most of London, large enough for some seating/plants/bike storage.

The flat is in a gated complex just off Lordship Lane, with a Sainsbury's on your doorstep, and Dulwich Park round the corner. It is a new-build, so has double glazing, lovely hard wood floors and modern kitchen appliances.

Being situated in between North Dulwich (15 min walk), East Dulwich (10 min bus) and Forest Hill (15 min bus) overground stations gives us quick connections to London Bridge and Denmark Hill. There are plenty of buses that head central, and which also make surrounding areas like Brixton, Peckham and Camberwell within easy reach too.

Current flatmates work a 9-5ish schedule, warm, friendly, and don't mind what you're up to as long as you're clean, tidy and quiet at unsociable hours. Would best suit a single professional who is looking for a calm flat in a leafy location.
