It is a fantastic living space over three floors, ideal for sharing, with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a huge open plan kitchen / living room, plus a separate second living room. The house has all the usuals: super fast wi-fi (280mbps), high spec kitchen, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, 50” flat screen plasma TV with HD Freesat, Netflix & Apple TV, plus a Sonos Music system. The garden is pretty special, which includes a garden room with barbecue & fire pit.

All bills are included in the rent.

The house is shared by the owner (who is a photographer & away a lot with work) & two others (so a total household of three).

The transport links to Central London & Heathrow are great: 10min walk to the local Elizabeth Line station. .
Buses at the end of the road, 4min bus ride to Boston Manor (Piccadilly line) or Ealing Broadway (District, Central and Elizabeth line). Brentford station is also close (8-10mins by bus, & useful for Chapham Junction & Waterloo). The M4 and M40 are both within easy reach. There was s street parking. Free Mon-Fri 20.00 to 08.00. Free all weekend.

Living 2mins walk from the Grand Union Canal is a real bonus and the towpath is a great place to walk, run or cycle down to the Thames. The Fox pub is a local landmark and prides itself on serving real ale, good food and they also have a beer garden. There are numerous other gastro local pubs & trendy coffee shops within walking distance, including the Dodo Micro-pub (West London pub of the year).

Amenities: Tesco Metro, Sainsbury’s Local, and Lidl within a few minutes walk. Golds Gym is a 10min walk from the house, there is a 24hrs gym in West Ealing and Nuffield Health in Ealing Broadway.
