Hi everyone,

I'm about to move out from an en-suite double room in the 2 bed flat I live in at the moment with my best friend and her cute and nice dog Em (male, golden retriever, almost 2 years old).

FLAT:

The flat is situated very conveniently just 5 to 7 mins walk from the West Ealing station.

There are also loads of buses that'll take you to Ealing Broadway (Central, District). We usually walk to Ealing Broadway, since it's just 15 mins walk and in the summer is a very nice walk also.

A very big Waitrose is near by (7 mins walk) and loads of other shops around the area).

The flat has a big garden and a shed where we keep suitcases in and all the other things we don't use frequently.

The flat has a: dishwasher, washing machine, central heating (you'll never run out of hot water), new windows...

ROOM

The room is very big and nice and has its own private en-suite bathroom. The room comes with a big queen bed and a night stand, the wardrobe in the pictures is mine but I can leave it behind if you don't have one.

The bathroom is big also plenty of room to feel comfortable. There is a shower and a big window to the garden.

The room also has another window facing the streets and a place you can deposit stuff.

BILLS

You'll pay around £900 per month all bills and rent included.

AGENCY Fees - £180 (this is not a new contract, you're replacing me and that means the agency is still allowed to charge to add you to the contract)

The new applicant would have to undergo referencing procedure, confirming their employment status and their right to rent within the UK.

MOVING IN DATE: I'm flexible about the moving in date. :)
