Mon-Fri let only double bedroom in Ealing

Large double bedroom with storage/built in wardrobe and wood flooring. Sole use of bathroom (owner has en-suite bedroom) share kitchen, living room space and use of garden. Close to Northfields Ave with local shops, restaurants and cafes and 7 mins walk to Northfields tube station (piccadilly line) and 15 min walk to West Ealing( Elizabeth Line) station into central/east London. Also easy access to Ealing Broadway station (central line). Owner works from home, sociable and happy to share bottle of wine in evenings when both at home.

Bedding/towels changed weekly and cleaning of bedroom is also weekly. Some flexibility on rental if less nights are required.

References and deposit required.

Good local independent restaurants, cafes and shops including Tesco/Sainsbury's Local. Close to local parks and open spaces and local bars/pubs.
