🌿 The House & Location

We live in a spacious Victorian semi-detached home spread across three floors, featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cosy dining room, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of storage, and a lovely summer garden.

The location is fantastic for both Central and West London:

• South Ealing Station (Piccadilly Line) – 10 min walk
• Brentford Station – 10–15 min walk (25–30 mins to Waterloo)
• Bus 65 – Ealing Broadway in 5 mins, Richmond in 10–15 mins, Kingston in 30–40 mins

We’re also close to great local shops, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and takeaways.

A large, cosy double loft room on the 3rd floor, offering privacy and peace away from the rest of the house. The room includes:

• Your own en-suite bathroom
• Double bed with under-bed storage
• Wardrobe and drawers
• TV with potential Netflix & Amazon Prime
• 300mb fibre broadband
• Your own fridge/freezer & pantry space

You’ll have full use of the main kitchen, dining room and all utensils. You’ll be responsible for keeping your own areas clean and tidy.

👨‍👩‍👦 About Us

We’re an easy-going South African/British couple with an 8-year-old son. We enjoy movies, series and music when we’re not working. The house is generally calm and peaceful. Kai is very well behaved and stays on the 2nd floor near our room — he never goes up to the loft floor.

✨ About You

We’re looking for a mature, responsible and friendly person who values a clean, comfortable home and is happy living independently. Good personal hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness are very important to us.

Please note: the room isn’t suitable for someone who works from home full-time.
