We are looking for a new flatmate (preferably female and a professional) to take over a double room long-term in our 3-bed flat in Ealing in March 2025.
The room:
The room is a spacious furnished double room with a double bed. The room includes a chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, additional wardrobe, night stand and a full length mirror. (Some furniture in the photos are not included). The room has a window that looks out onto the front of the property, but is shielded by hedges, providing some privacy.
The flat is in the ground floor of a small block of flats. It has:
- a large shared lounge with a TV
- shared bathroom with a bath and overhead shower
- kitchen furnished with an oven, cooker, washing machine and a fridge freezer
- communal garden
- fast Virgin fibre optic broadband
Surrounding area:
- short walk to bus stops to get to Ealing Broadway in 10 minutes.
- 15-20 minute walk to Ealing Broadway Station, Zone 3 (Elizabeth Line, Central Line and District Line)
- Less than 5 minutes walk to Pitshanger Park
- steps away from a small local high street with 2 Co-ops, a Post Office, gym, bakery, deli, off licences and other independent shops, cafes and restaurants.
Rent and Bills:
Rent - £600 per month which excludes bills, and is paid directly to the landlord.
Deposit - You will pay 1 month's deposit, 1 month's rent and bills for the month, which should all be paid before moving in.
Bills - We manage the bills and come to a total of £129.09 each per month (depending on the season) and is paid at the beginning of every month. This includes: council tax, broadband, gas, electricity, water and TV licence.
About the flatmates:
You’ll be living with Katrina and Myra. Myra works in a school and Katrina works in an NHS Trust in London and works approx 3 days a week from home and has a desk in the living room that she works from.
About you:
We're looking for an individual professional female, who is sociable and easy-going, but also likes to have time and space on their own. You are considerate and respectful of the space and of other people. We would expect you to clean up after yourself and contribute to keeping the common areas of the flat tidy and clean.
You would be at least working hybrid and not working from home full time nor do night shifts. Sorry, no pets are allowed in the building.
