The room attracts a lot of viewing requests / messages and it really isn’t easy having to go back and forth to ask for a clear face picture or key information upfront about potential housemates candidates. Please approach us prepared.

We are 3 Professional gay guys looking for a 4th Male Housemate. Preferably LGBT but all will be considered. But please dont offended when you are asked about it if you don’t offer the information up front 🙌

The house has been newly decorated. We have furnished it with all new furniture ourselves. The bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of storage with a built in wardrobe. It is larger than it appears in the images and no camera tricks have been used ( looking at you fish lens’s ! )

There’s space for a desk should you need to work from home occasionally.

We have kitted out the living room with all the boys toys and it’s a great functional open plan living space. Decent sized kitchen, a separate bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. Handy !

We have a lovely private back garden to enjoy which also backs onto a large shared lawn - perfect for the summer sun bathing and BBQs. There is also off street private parking.

The location is tucked away and surrounded by loads of trees and hedges, so it’s very calm and peaceful. 2 minutes walk away is Pitshanger Village high street with all the amenities that you need, including the bus stop to Ealing Broadway station which comes every 7 minutes. Look up the village on Google it’s won awards!

There are three huge beautiful parks opposite the house if you fancy a run or a walk to explore some nature. It’s been a life saver during lockdown.

This is a peaceful LGBT mixed home and the perfect candidate should be accepting of that and willing to put in a little effort to make this a home for all of us.

We all get along like family and our ideal Flatmate would be someone who is chilled and goes with the flow, very clean and tidy to a high standard ( Non negotiable ) who doesn’t mind hanging out with us now and then.

We are not in each other’s hair all of the time, but we do like gaming, eating and watching movies together. We want someone who doesn’t mind also making friends and contributing into making this a homely atmosphere.

One of us used to be a chef and PT ( we have lots of gym equipment if you are up for some free training sessions ), we all love to cook !

Happy to do viewings via video calls. £785 - all bills included is a bargain as all the bills have gone up.

With the new Elizabeth line opening it does provide available access to all Ealing based tube / train stations and central London is doable within 15 minutes.

Time or more than twice per week or those with super early and late shift workers or full time students won’t be right fit for our existing schedules.
