We are 2 gay Professional guys looking for a 2 housemates for 2 rooms that we have available from June.

The house has been newly decorated. We have furnished it with all new furniture ourselves this year. Rental amount is with all bills including.

Bedroom 1: large double has a king size bed and plenty of storage with a built in wardrobe. There is room for a desk and chair. Loads of sun light and its garden facing with a beautiful view. £890

Bedroom 2: Spacious double room which has a king size bed and plenty of storage with a built in wardrobe. There is room for a desk and chair. Overlooks the peaceful front garden. £850

The pictures show how it was organised and decorated before the current housemate (s)moved in.

The living room has all the boys toys and it’s a great functional open plan living space. Decent sized kitchen, a separate bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. Handy !

There is a lovely private back garden to enjoy which also backs onto a large shared lawn - perfect for the summer sun bathing and BBQs. The garden has been re designed this year and it’s a passion project.

There is free off street private parking.

The location is tucked away and surrounded by loads of trees and hedges, so it’s very calm and peaceful.

2 minutes walk away is Pitshanger Village high street with all the amenities that you need, including the bus stops to Ealing Broadway station where 4 buses comes every 7 minutes. Look up the village on Google it’s won awards!

There are three huge beautiful parks opposite the house if you fancy a run or a walk to explore some nature.

This is a peaceful LGBT mixed home and the perfect candidate (s) should be accepting of that and willing to put in a little effort to make this a home for all of us. That includes respecting our home and its contents as if it was their own, willing to put in the effort to ensure the general environment is taken care of.

We all get along like family and our ideal Flatmate would be someone who is chilled and goes with the flow, very clean and tidy to a high standard ( Non negotiable ) who doesn’t mind hanging out with us now and then.

We are not in each other’s hair all of the time, but we do like gaming, eating and watching movies together. We want someone who doesn’t mind also making friends and contributing into making this a homely atmosphere.

We have a small 1 year old Maltese called Kylie who is adorable, house trained and too cute for words. Ideally someone who doesn’t mind living with a small dog, who is comfortable with animals and kind to them.

One of us used to be a chef and PT ( we have lots of gym equipment if you are up for some free training sessions ) and we all love to cook !

For any one working from Home full time we may have to split the extra bill costs during winter split between 4 of us to keep it fair.
