Cosy Double In A Friendly 5 Bed Victorian House

Sadly, the time has come for me to leave this beautiful house in Hanwell, Ealing after 4 great years.

Having lived there right from the beginning, the house has served as a great base for me during that time with easy connections to Central London, West London, and Heathrow.

Ealing Broadway Station is a 20-25 minute walk from the house and is served by Central Line and District Line. A quick and easy way to get to Ealing Broadway is to catch the E1 bus that runs on the adjacent street directly to Ealing Broadway in 10 minutes.

The property is just a short walk (5 minutes) from Drayton Green Station, which connects directly to Paddington in 20 minutes.

The new cross-rail (ELIZABETH LINE) will be opening nearby at West Ealing Station, which is under a 10-minute walk from the property.

All housemates are sociable, happy, and friendly people. Having spent the last 4 years with the majority of them, we would often spend time in the open-plan kitchen and living areas chatting and watching TV/films together.

All housemates work professionally across London, but due to COVID, one member of the house has been working from home 3 days a week.

The bedroom is on the 1st floor of the property, where there is also a sink and a toilet on the same floor. There are 2 further bathrooms (top floor and bottom floor).

The property benefits greatly from a large, well-maintained private garden.

Finally, we have a lovely cat named Rosie. She's very friendly and keeps to herself most of the time, but she's always nice to have around when everyone is it at work.
