You would share a big bathroom with a restaurant manager who works 24/7 and is rarely around. The bathroom has a cast iron bath, lovely fittings and tiles.

We are a relaxed household, and seek a house mate who will fit into the vibe of the house.

Its' a beautiful home. Big comfy sofas, large walnut oak dining table with matching chairs, and a real working Fireplace. Wonderful for the dark cold months ahead. .An Aga style oven and a fully equipped kitchen is perfect for those who enjoy cooking. Because its open plan, you can cook, while friends are sitting at the table or curled up on the sofa watching the TV. There's Super fast broadband, Netflix and other streaming services which are all included. A super dynamo of a cleaner comes in once a week to keep all the common areas clean and spotless. Every week all the floors are washed, everything hoovered, book shelves dusted down, fridge cleaned and checked for out of date food.

The broadband and the cleaner are included in the rent. The only additional costs are washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs and Brabantia dustinbin bags There are no other bills to pay.

The house is in good condition. Only a 5 mins walk to South Ealing station. 10 mins walk Ealing Broadway.

There's a balcony overlooking a much loved and tended mature garden. Even in the cooler winter mornings, it's lovely to take your coffee or tea on the balcony and watch the birds and squirrels. '
