Single Bedroom in Flat Share in Ealing

Cozy single room in a 4-bedroom flat share.

It comes with a shared bathroom (for three people) and a shared kitchen (where we also have the washing machine).

In the back of the house, there's a spacious terrace where you can hang out and chill. This room comes with a window on the terrace!

Unfortunately, the house doesn't have a living room, but we usually use the kitchen to hang out.

The position of the house is extremely convenient as it is located across the street from the Ealing Common tube station (Piccadilly and District line). We also have a bus stop right in front of our house. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the area (Sainsbury's, Nando's, and many others).

The Ealing Common Park is just across the street.

The University of West London and the Met Film School are 15/20 minutes' walk from the house.

Bills-wise, we each pay roughly £75 per month:
-£12.50 for wifi
-£15 for the water bill
-£40 for gas and electricity (it depends on usage)
-£69 for Council

For council tax, we are a band E property. That is to be split equally between 3 tenants (one is exempt from it). Unfortunately, sharing the council tax is a requirement for this tenancy.

We're looking for a friendly, clean, and respectful flatmate. Cleanliness is a must for us. We respect everyone's privacy and we want to make sure that the house is a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

We are very easy-going, fun, and chill people, and we're ready to answer any questions you might have!
