Lovely 1 bedroom in bright flat from September

Update- 1 bedroom now available only in a 3 bed flat (2 doubles and tiny room) from September I live here occasionally as mostly I work away and one lodger is relocating. I am here only for a few days every 4-6 weeks or so.
I have a small cute dog (cavapoo) who is incredibly friendly so must be ok with pets when he is here. My other lodger has a new kitten also.
There is a shared living room/ kitchen and bathroom.
Small garden and lovely neighbours too! I am vegetarian but my other lodger is not.
Would prefer a professional but ok with students (I was a student once!!).
Some bills will be included like council tax, broadband, but others like gas, water and electricity are not included.

The area is super lovely near Northfields, South Ealing and Brentford and lots of green parks, near nice places and good transport links.
