Hello all,

My flat mate is moving on to pastures new and I’m looking for another awesome flat—mate. Sorry for the word soup but I feel it’s important to get all this out.

The flat is 15 mins from Ealing Broadway the best connected west London station in my opinion ☺️
District line (Dark Green)
Central Line (Red)
Elizabeth Line (Purple)
Heathrow trains too.
Parking on the street is available too £115 I think per year to the council.

It’s a full time rental, bills not included but only about £150 each pm. You’ll only need to sort gas/elec and water and we can split the difference. I do the council tax and wifi I have a super cheap one for now unless you wanna upgrade to something more substantial. I’ll hold off renewing untill you’re moved in.

The flat has a big kitchen, nice sized shared lounge to chill out in. Big shower and separate toilet 😆 so peeing while another is showering is possible. Neighbours are awesome and there’s a small shared garden with a bench.

The room is a good size easily accommodating a double bed. There’s also two pine draws, bedside table and a wardrobe Inc. desk too if you want it.

I installed an Amazon intercom so you can open the front door with your phone (I’ll add you if you move in)

Looking for a clean, tidy (In shared spaces) and respectful house mate who appreciates that noise needs to be minimal late as people gotta work and need their beauty sleep.

My name is Lara I’ve lived in the flat for 3 years. I work in tv and film. So long hours but also have weeks of down time. I’m 38 loving my career and making our home cozy and welcoming for others. I don’t have many guests cause I cba usually tired from work and I like my /our space to be chill haha but of course you’re welcome to have friends over just be respectful and let each other know.

It’s a standard rental so we have to do the credit check bit together and potentially provide guarantors if necessary. Super easy and all done through OPENRENT.

Previous rental references are preferred.
