Large double room

A bright and cosy double room has become available in our lovely shared flat. There is no deposit required and council tax is included in the rent. The room is £700 a month, which doesn't include our household bills.

We are located on a residential road, with two parks on our doorstep. There is ample on street parking (you would need to get a residents parking permit from the council). There are several bus stops within a 5 minute walk. Both South Ealing and West Ealing Station are a 10 minute walk away, and Ealing Broadway Station is a 15 minute walk. We are close to local shops, pubs, restaurants and gyms.

We are two easy going gals looking for a third to join us :) It's a pretty quiet and calm house, but we are at times social and enjoy spending time together. We are often found in our big living room watching movies and having a glass of wine, or chilling out in a local pub garden. It's a shared house but feels like a home. We started of as strangers but quickly became friends.

The kitchen has been recently refurbished and is brand new. Which we are very excited about as Molly is a big baker and I am keen on abusing my Mob subscription.

The current tenant’s move out date is the 21st of July. Earlier move in date can be discussed. We are looking for someone who would take over the tenancy.
The landlord does not allow any pets . Females preferred please, no couples . We would also prefer if the person did not work fully remotely from home :)

The landlord requires a person with a full time job and will be asking for a reference from the work place.
Unfortunately, following this, we will not be accepting applicants who are students and part timers.
