We are looking for a new flatmate to take over a small double room long-term in our 3-bed flat in Ealing.

The double bedroom is carpeted and furnished with a small double bed, a shelf, a mirror, a built-in wardrobe and a free standing wardrobe. The room faces the back of the block of flats. The room also comes with an additional cupboard in the hallway.

The flat is in the ground floor of a small block of flats. It has:
- a large shared lounge with a TV
- shared bathroom with a bath and overhead shower
- kitchen furnished with an oven, cooker, washing machine and a fridge freezer
- communal garden
- fast Virgin fibre optic broadband
- on-street parking available with the purchase of a resident's permit

Surrounding area:
- short walk to bus stops to get to Ealing Broadway in 10 minutes.
- 15-20 minute walk to Ealing Broadway Station, Zone 3 (Elizabeth Line, Central Line and District Line)
- Less than 5 minutes walk to Pitshanger Park
- steps away from a little high street with 2 Co-ops, a Post Office, gym, bakery, deli, off licences and other independent shops and cafes.

Move-in date is from the 19th May, but can be relatively flexible.

Rent and Bills:
The rent for the room is £450 per month which excludes bills, and is paid directly to the landlord. You will pay 1 month's deposit, 1 month's rent and bills for the month shortly before moving in. We manage the bills and come to a total of £129.09 each per month (depending on the season) and is paid at the beginning of the month which includes: council tax, broadband, gas, electricity, water and TV licence.

About the flatmates:
You’ll be living with Beckie (32) and Katrina (33). Beckie works as a Midwife who at a West London hospital. Katrina is a Project Manager at an NHS Trust and works approx 3 days a week from home and has a desk in the living room that she works from.

About you:
We're looking for an individual professional female, aged between 30-40 years old who is sociable and easy-going, but also likes to have time and space on their own. You are considerate and respectful of the space and of other people. We are not a party flat. We would expect you to clean up after yourself and contribute to keeping the common areas of the flat tidy and clean. You would also be at least working hybrid and not working from home full time. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
