Description
I am leaving my room due to personal and professional commitments after spending 02 years with full of joy in the room and at the house.
We are 04 joint tenancy holders and room rent is £750 + bills( approx £150 at winters monthly and approx £80 at summers).
About the house;
Well located with only 07 min away to Ealing Broadway station offers Elizabeth line, District line and Central line links. Also shopping malls, banks , cafes are very close as they are at the corner of the station.
The room is really big and has a good sized wardrobe, big and comfy bed, table and chair, armchair are included together with one chest drawer.
There is one bathroom plus one toilet, so total of two toilets. One of the toilet is nearby the room, so you will be using more frequently as other friends are mostly using big bathroom toilet unless it’s occupied and when they re in need.
Kitchen comes with table to eat, two fridges with plenty of space, cooker, oven, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine for the clothes.
We also have a very nice and big garden for only ourselves where we enjoy nice BBQs with friends sometimes.
It’s generally quite and peaceful house as everybody is working during the week days.
