The room is available from 14th July 2024 until March 2026, when there may be scope to renew the contract.
You will be sharing with 6 lovely housemates (5 girls and 1 boy) who are all in their 20s and like to hang out and socialise together.
The rent is £690 and bills are less than £100 so the room is really good value! Deposit is £865
The room originally came unfurnished and I am looking for someone who would be willing to purchase the furniture from me for around £200.
The location is really good, on a quiet street 5 mins walk to North Ealing station (Piccadilly line), 10 mins to West Acton station (central line) and 15 mins to Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth line) where there are loads of cafes bars and shops.
The house has been recently refurbished and has a big garden!
