Student studio, with kitchen and ensuite bathroom

Amazing studio with private kitchen and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and a bassin, in a very nice student building next to Ealing Broadway shopping mall. And a 5 minute leisurely stroll to MetFilm School, which most residents attend.

I am looking for another student to takeover my tenancy from 12 August until August 31st 2024.

The rent is £299 per week, inclusive of all bills. (Normal price for a 51 week let is £316 per week, but I will refund the difference.)

The studio has a double bed, desk and desk chair, wardrobe, drawers and shelves. There is a breakfast bar with two stools. A complete kitchen, with fridge with freezer, microwave, sink and two ring cooking hob (induction).

The building has a communal / recreation room with: a fuss ball table, ping pong table, snooker table, flatscreen TV wit a game console, sofa's tables and chill out.
There is a (payable) laundry room and secure entry.
The front desk is open and managed Monday to Friday.

The big shopping mall with a lot of shops is a 2 minute walk including Tesco and Morrisons.

Bars, restaurants, parks and cinema are all close by, as well as University of West London and the MetFilm School.
