Double room in West Ealing - all bills included

Hi,
I am looking for someone to move in instead of me to my double room in a house shared in West Ealing W13.

The room costs £800.00 PCM, including utility bills, council tax, TV license, Internet (Virgin), house-related cleaning products, etc.

The house has a massive living room, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a garden.
We have a rotation system for cleaning the house, each room has a weekend assigned a month. All the products are provided. Being clean and organised is a must. Everyone in the house is amiable and we are always considerate of each other.
We are all professionals between 25-35 years old.

The area has amazing transport links including Ealing Broadway Station (central, district lines and national rail services), Northfields station (Piccadilly line), West Ealing Station (Elizabeth Line). Lots of busses taking you to Ealing Broadway and Brentford, Richmond, Hounslow, Shepherds Bush and etc.

There is a large Sainsbury’s and Lidl 5 min walk, Lidl and Savers, and Ealing Broadway has lots of shops and amenities.
